Estimates and final totals

Booking prices are estimates based on the information provided. The final total may change for actual cleaning time, approved add-ons, changed scope, or conditions that differ materially from the booking.

Card authorization

Saving a payment method authorizes Help Clean NYC to charge it later for the final cleaning total, approved add-ons, and applicable cancellation, lockout, or no-access fees shown before authorization. Stripe stores and processes payment details.

Cancellation protection

• Free cancellation until a cleaner accepts the job.
• $35.00 travel and prep fee after cleaner assignment when the appointment is more than 24 hours away.
• Within 24 hours, cancellation is $45.00.
• Within 2 hours, cleaner en route, arrival lockout, or no access is $90.00.

Scheduling and access

A requested time is held until cleaner confirmation. Customers must provide safe, timely access and disclose relevant building or entry requirements. Online changes may require team review after assignment.

Service limits

Cleaners may decline unsafe, undisclosed, inaccessible, or materially expanded work. Contact us promptly about quality concerns so we can review the service record and proposed resolution.
