This page explains how Help Clean NYC handles information used in the booking and cleaning process.
Information we collect
We collect the contact, service address, booking details, access notes, and communication preferences you provide. Stripe handles payment details; we store Stripe identifiers, payment status, and authorization records rather than raw card numbers.
How we use it
We use booking information to estimate, schedule, deliver, support, and charge for cleaning services; communicate arrival or schedule changes; prevent abuse; and maintain operational and payment records.
Services involved
Stripe processes payment details. Google Calendar supports scheduling and invitations. WhatsApp, phone, email, and map links are used when you or our team choose those communication tools.
Sharing and sale
We share information only with service providers and cleaners who need it to complete or support your booking. We do not sell customer booking information.
Retention and choices
We retain records as needed for service, payment, dispute, tax, security, and legal purposes. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable; some operational or legal records may need to be retained.
